Reginald
Reginald’s lung cancer was discovered by accident – literally.
He was involved in a car accident and taken to the emergency department at Vidant Medical Center where tests revealed a bigger problem. Reginald had lung cancer.
The lung cancer team of the Leo W. Jenkins Cancer Center’s Multidisciplinary Thoracic Oncology Clinic surgically removed the cancer. Reginald underwent radiation and chemotherapy. He’s been cancer free since 2009. |
